Hello and welcome to Lunar Moth Journals! I am a relative newcomer in the junk journal world -- I started making them about two years ago -- and a total newcomer to Blogger and YouTube! I hope that my viewers and visitors will be patient as I climb the learning curve of these applications.

My name is Anita and I am from Texas. Some things you should know about me: I love music, I love cats, and I love the sky! One of the first journals I made was the Celestial journal -- not my best effort, but I had to get my feet wet. Since then I have made journals with themes of stargazing, cats, and butterflies as well as a journal about the Plantagenets that isn't quite finished yet. I went through a period of fascination with the Plantagenet kings, watching many videos and reading many books about them. I was subsequently inspired to make a journal.

The hardest part of journal making for me is the binding. I still struggle to get the threads in more or less the right place for each signature. Since I have started making my monthly bullet journals myself, I am getting more practice at binding. In the meantime, you may notice that most of my journals have hidden spines, but I'm revealing the reason for that!

I plan to post several journal flip-through videos soon, so please look for them and thanks for visiting my blog!
